ok who would be that stupid to stand that close. and who has such shitty reflexes that they cant pull the trigger faster than someone who has to move their whole arm and grab the gun. seriously

@Zain844 yu dont really need to worry, not many people point guns far away from you, thats the movie stuff like james bond or jackie chan, many people dont do that bc they think their victim will get away quicker, they normally go very close bc they believe once they do that the victim wont go anywhere but what the dont realize is that once it happens the person may know martial arts
That’s not going to be very effective when he’s 5 feet away from you and if you so much as flich he’ll shoot you
the reason so many attackers get close is because they do all this gangster crap and hold it one handed and holding the gun with one hand makes his accuracy decrease dramaticly so he stands 1 to 3 feet away.
CKM bs move. This is CKM not krav maga. We do this disarm when we are pressured in the stomach. Otherwise the basic disarm of krav maga is applicable in this situation
@nwill111 yeah, stand a few feet/ metres back and the gun has all advantages
if you pull and twist correctly and their finger is inside the trigger guard, you will end up dislocating or breaking their finger and probably their wrist along with it on their strong side. painful enough for anyone to stop attacking. then you got the gun and distance as well.
This is why it annoys me that people pull a gun on another person when they are so close to them. They are neutralizing the advantage that the gun gave them.
